Task
Step 1: In-depth revision of the first preliminary design. Step 2: Development of a complex architectural and construction project.
Solution
The original design was created by St Petersburg architect Ilya Zeiman. We modernised the entire exterior of the building and developed a concept for a solar system on the roof. This gave the building a striking, futuristic appearance. In addition, we took on the assessment and coordination of all technical aspects of the project.
