Comprehensive renovation of an existing dilapidated historic building and addition of a new block with five residential units.
The façades of the existing historic building were renovated, while a new three-storey building (two storeys plus attic) was erected on the courtyard side. This led to an increase in the total usable area of the building from 260 to 410 m².
